BIOGRAPHY

A Winchester, native, Deborah graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA in 1992. She then went on to attain her law degree cum laude from Suffolk Law School, Boston, MA in 1997. A member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1998, Attorney Nowell has engaged in the general practice of law since 1998. Her experience includes the examination of titles in all Registries in the eastern counties of the Commonwealth and the southern counties of New Hampshire; complete representation of lenders, buyers and sellers involving real estate; preparation and examination of condominium documents; as well as litigating matters before the Land Court.

While Deborah’s law practice includes the areas of wills and trusts and the probate administration of estates, Deborah’s specialty is as a real estate conveyancing attorney, having closed thousands of real estate transactions, representing mortgage lending institutions and also private buyers and sellers. Deborah’s firm provides superior closing services for clients from the beginning through to the end of the real estate closing process. She is an agent of First American Title Insurance Company, Talan Insurance Agency, United General Title Company and Old Republic Title Company. As an active member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, the Massachusetts Conveyancers Associations, Deborah is an active member of the community.
